George Michael's concert, part of the tour "25 Live Stadium Tour" in which the artist celebrates 25 years since it was on the scene, started last night into the rain. Those who dared to leave the house only half filled the National Stadium.
Simple and Loredana Groza have warmed to the famous British public. Loredana went from sexy to a look traditionally held during the show time, which lasted about 40 minutes and started with his famous song, "Hello, darling!".
After about an hour of waiting, at 21.00, George Michael climbed the circular stage, 50 meters high and 30 wide, bordered by two tracks that came down in public. During the first track, "Flawless (Go To The City)" George cried "Athens, you've got to come to the city!"
The audience went delirious with intonation once famous "Too Funky", following the artist's exhortation to sing and dance with him. The second part of the show's brought a change of outfit, Michael giving up the suit for a pair of jeans and a black shirt, but one of the most awaited tracks of the public, "Faith". During the song "Shoot the Dog", the political message to the second stage were huge balloons, each representing the George W. Bush, and the other, a dog with the British flag back, you "fly" the politician . Thus, the artist protested U.S. policy, but also against British prime minister, Tony Blair.
The artist thanked the public, both at the beginning and the end of the concert, for those 25 years. One of songs was dedicated to George Michael's former boyfriend, David, who died of AIDS. The current boyfriend, Kenny Goss, whom Michael has a relationship over 10 years, he received a dedication.
Among the present government of Romania to the concert last night there were Prime Minister Tariceanu and his wife, Cosmin Gusa, Huidu Serban, Daniela Gyorfi, Adina, part of the band "Heaven", accompanied by band impresario, Radu Groza.
At 23.00, George wanted to end his concert, but the public screams made him twice to return to the stage, with two pieces of bis: "Careless Whisper" and "Freedom".

TO FIX George Michael has not left waiting, starting and show at 21.00 price. During halftime of 20 minutes, huge screens to run a countdown to announce the public is as expected until the second half of show time.
